Steelworks for Ground and Tunnel Support

• Rockbolts - commonly made of reinforcing steel bars. It is threaded and used in combination with a hemispherical washer, bearing plate and nut in order to apply tension after installation. The rockbolt is pointed at one end so that it can be pushed easily into a drillhole that is filled with CEMEXTRA capsules.
• Rock/Concrete Anchors or Soil Nails - made of reinforcing steel bars hooked at one end, inserted and grouted in appropriate drill holes.
