Seal Crete

SEALCRETEis a 2-component cementitious waterproofing system that is specially formulated to protect concrete surfaces against water penetration.

SEALCRETE is comprised of premium cement-based powder and high-grade polymer liquid solution for enhanced flexibility and adhesion.

It can be used for the following:

Skim Coat

Betonit Skim Coat is a smooth spreading polymer modified blended cement for thin plastering. It is specially designed to level irregularities of interior and exterior surfaces to produce a pleasing flat smooth finish in preparation for painting.

  • Ideal for Masonry walls and ceilings
  • Patching fine surface imperfections such as pinholes and hairline cracks
  • Level defects in concrete walls and ceilings- Repairing damage in concrete

Gypsum Compound

Betonit Gypsum Compound is used as a base preparing material for interior use with excellent stability giving a smooth finish. It is commonly used in :

  • Jointing and repair of plasterboard.
  • Filling of joints between concrete, fiber cement board and gypsum board
  • For interior use only
  • Covering nail holes and cracks
  • Patches up holes, bumps, tears and other minor damage

  • Good adhesion on gypsum board, fiber cement board and concrete
  • Easy to sand
  • Not powdery after sanding
  • Good workability
  • Does not shrink, crack or sag
  • Short drying time but long pot life
